Routine Asymptomatic Surveillance COVID-19 Testing in the District of Columbia
Asymptomatic surveillance testing for COVID-19 takes place in schools to identify when students and staff test positive, even if they are not feeling sick. This is routinely done to identify positive cases and isolate them at home so they do not spread COVID-19 to others at school. Testing results are presented here by Local Education Agency and School for all District of Columbia Public Schools and Public Charter Schools which have data available. Data are collected and reported by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE). Please see the Data Guide for more information.
